Singapore is an island, city, state, city-state, and some would argue it a nation. Really, it's just an international economic and financial island hub. While its population may not be huge, the amount of cash and passengers that flow through it are tremendous.
There are four national languages of Singapore : Malay, English, Tamil, and Chinese. Most Singaporeans can speak these four as well as many other languages including Thai, Baha Indonesian, Cantonese, Dajiew, Hokien, and many others. Singapore really defines internationalism, if their ever were such a word.
