Ending my sixth day back in Samut Songkhram, my mood is somewhat melancholic, if not impaired from the full meal in my belly, which included 2 bottles (640 milliliters or .64 liter x 2) of Cheers beer, to wash down one gra prao stir fry dish, laap mixed pork salad, crispy grilled chicken wings, and a plate of steamed rice.

This weekend I was bottled in for the better part working on the computer. Did some content writing research and guides for Koh Samui and Hua Hin-the former completed while the latter half way finished. Earlier this evening I diligently completed the Excel Form for my monthly teaching record-required task before receiving my wages.

Speaking of work, Nation Junior finally pulled the plug on my regular writing contribution to them. on the so-called 'one year anniversary' of the column Time Machine which has died. and as for my other two regular columns, 360 (Q&A + random facts) and Wwweird (strange international news briefings), their contracted staff and team will take over them. In other words, due to 'budget restrictions' I am without paid obligation for regular writing to them any further...which considering how much money they owe to some recent court hearing..erhum erhum...it could have been predicted this would happen...

Though, apparently my Ebook readings-recordings will still be needed, but for how much longer their budget will hold out, it is not certain.

That marks what, two and half years of regular writing for them. And without any security or guarantee as what a freelancer could only expect. on sudden notice, I am left to carry on and improvise with the changing current. as the world keeps turning. More reason to get back to school and get the credentials required to gain the status that would allow me to demand prestige and security from any future employers... Anyways, I am kind of somewhat relieved to ease up on the tension of pressure and stress lately with this full plate of 3 income sources.

Now down to two, I can somewhat breath at somewhat longer intervals. And ofcourse, an additional benefit of that extra bit of time is I can maintain my blog and other artistic expressions that have fallen behind in my occupations with work..work.work.

Teaching is carrying on. Other than the standard lessons I conduct, last Thursday, I brought my guitar to Anubahn Bang Khon Ti school and for my Pratom (Primary) 6 students, featured the Extreme More Than Words song, which a majority of the students seemed to enjoy and keep up with.

Last week was a three day teaching week, and the upcoming week is a full five, so I have to maintain my rhythm going on a consistent steady pace. Next weekend shall be a three day weekend as Sunday is Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's birthday, or Thai National Mother's Day.

I wired my son's momma some money in plans that she will fly to Bangkok next weekend with my son. My primary license registration for my motorbike is finally ready in Phuket, but in order for them to release it to her, she would have to return their red temporary plate, which calls for me to send the plate from mae klong via express mail to get their before Thursday so she could get my White plate before flying out here on Friday evening. So I shall send it off tomorrow, which means I will not be able to legally drive my bike for the next week until I get that white plate.

I agreed to park the bike at Kru Pisit's house here in Mae Klong for the week, and I will commute to work via public transport and carpool as I did all last year.atleast for this week. Anyhow, I shall get up early tomorrow to take my bike to Kru Pisit's.
